Colorado & Southern 250000 series stock car

This kit is designed to represent the Colorado & Southern's 250000 class stock cars. This car is one of the many drop bottom stock cars the C&S rostered in the first half of the 20th century. The basic mechanics of the car are based around the MDC stock car and Ulrich drop bottom gondola (providing dimensions and mechanical references). Modeler will need to provide trucks and couplers. The drop bottom mechanism at the lumber door end of the car will also need the modeler to provide the handwheels and levers.

The models configuration matches the later appearances of the cars with the single doors. I may produce a double door variant later on.
