A LIRR Boxcar, which was rated for 60,000 lbs. I have found little info on these, except that its weight rating is one suggested nomenclature for the class type, and that they were introduced in 1904, as dictated by the Official Railroad Equipment Register of that year. These I have only found (so far) in three separate photographs, but were designated numbers 3025 - 3224. The cars were likely out of service by the time that Pennsy began equipment standardization on the LIRR in 1925, leaving all wood equipment to either be sold off or broken up. Some may have survived for a time thereafter in MOW service, as with any equipment.

Paint can be sourced with Apple Barrel Red, which is a close approximate to Tuscan (It is worth noting that it is considered LIRR "Freight Car Color" and not Tuscan Red, of which I have a sample). A brake wheel and mast will need to be sourced of brass, though the brake stand has been affixed to one at least. Steps must be fabricated of brass wire at each of the four corners. Pinpoints can also be found on the model for many other handrails, though if not sure please refer to this picture derived from Arrt's Archives of the same car. 

I would recommend the Fox Pressed Steel Trucks offered by Zenith Model Works, as these are most appropriate for what would have been on the car. The recommended variant would be Version B, including Kadee 523 if desired, as these may have had the 33" wheelsets, with the interior brake shoes. A link to the specified trucks can be found here.

Decals seem to have been produced by K4 Decals, though I have yet to purchase a set to confirm their veracity concerning size and spacing.. Nevertheless they seem to be complete and can be found here.
