As a derivative from the earlier mainline boxcab kit, I had been fiddling with the design of a shovelnose diesel. It’s designed to fit on the Bachmann HO scale FB2 locomotive, as at the time the cost of those locomotives was incredibly inexpensive. However before I could do anything with the shovelnose, the FB2 supply dried up and I got tied up in other projects. Here’s hoping this resolves that oversight.
As a note, there are enough similarities with the Bachmann HO scale FA2 that this should fit, but I can’t confirm that at present as I’ve not tried it myself. You might also be able to fit this to other Bachmann HO scale cab units (like shark noses or F units), but you’ll likely need to make modifications to the frame plate for it to fit.

I’ve never done a kit build before but came across the Bachmann Alco FB chassis at a train show recently so I decided to order one of the shovelnose shells to make a white pass themed diesel to run on my club’s ON30 layout. The parts arrived after about a month and over the weekend I put the thing together. The only downside with the kit is the lack of screw holes that align with the Bachmann chassis. That’s the only reason I subtracted a star though. I needed to make my own but ultimately it ended up working out fine.
