This model is the Sheffield No. 32 Narrow Gauge push car featuring 20" stamped steel wheels and 7'-0" x 5'-0" wood deck for Narrow Gauge (3'-0") railroads. 

NOTE: It a static model (non-rotating wheels). Just clean and paint.
