These small gas-mechanical locomotives were built for the Leslie Salt Company for use on the salt farms of San Francisco Bay. Two were purchased in recent years and shipped to Kauai, Hawaii for use on the Grove Farm Homestead Sugar Plantation Museum. The model is designed to use either 6.5mm gauge or 9mm gauge PowerMAX four-wheel power truck or Narrow Garage N-Power 11mm wheelbase four-wheel power truck. With modification, the 3D-prints could be adapted to use the Showcase Miniatures 6.5 or 9mm gauge power truck. The model is to be used with MTL #001 02 060 Link-and-Pin coupler and can be used with the Grove Farm Sugar Cane car also available on 3DP Trains. Car in photograph is not included, Locomotive only.
