In 1891 the Delaware & Hudson Canal Company ordered 250 new boxcars with M.C.B. compliant appliances including automatic knuckle couplers from the Buffalo Car Manufacturing Company. This was the first time that the large "THE D&H" script logo was introduced on rolling stock. This decal set letters two complete cars.
