The Denver & Rio Grande Railroad introduced a new lettering style for its narrow gauge freight cars in 1903 which it used until the bankruptcy and reorganization as the Denver & Rio Grande Western Railroad in the early 1920s. This water slide decal set was traced from original official lettering diagrams and historic photos and is printed in white. This is the perfect set to letter the high-side gondola kits available from Western Rails Company on this site (sold separately).
