Union Pacific Emigrant Car HO Scale Decal Set HO
Union Pacific Emigrant Car HO Scale Decal Set HO
Emigrant coaches were simple passenger cars designed to accommodate the poor overland emigrants who could not afford a second or third class ticket to the Western frontier. This type of car was built in Union Pacific's shops in Cheyenne and traveled between Omaha Nebraska and Ogden Utah. They were originally built to modified caboose plans, but later designs looked more like conventional coaches. The exteriors were plainly finished like freight cars and the interiors were bare wood benches with a stove and water tank.
The model shown here is the old Tyco/Mantua "old time" coach (not included) with some modifications, but this set can be used on a number of HO scale passenger car models. Letters two cars.
Note this product is the decal set only, model not included.
