The Denver South Park & Pacific's famous Tiffany Patent Summer & Winter refrigerator cars hold an iconic place in narrow gauge railroad history. This decal set is traced from high-resolution scans of historic photographs to ensure that the unique billboard lettering is as true to the prototype as possible. These water slide decals are printed in black and available in HOn3, Sn3, and On3.
After 1880 the DSP&P was a subsidiary of Union Pacific, and the Tiffany reefers were painted in Union Pacific's standard paint scheme for refrigerator cars, a mint green with darker green trim and oxide brown roof and running gear. This mint green was also the standard color for the Tiffany company, with many other railroads' Tiffany refrigerator cars bearing the same color.
