This is a Harp Switch Stand.  You get two kits and each kit includes the switch stand, and a simple throw bar.  The larger switch stands (1:35, 1:22.5, 1.13.7) also include a connector bar. 

PLEASE READ: The modeler must supply the appropriately sized wire to create a pivot rod for the throw bar and the connect bar.  You might be able to automate the throw bar with an under the table switch machine but you can't use the throwbar to actually move the rails except for 1:13.7 scale.  I have built the 1:13.7 scale switch and at that size you can move the rails.
