Another of the early LLW designs, this to take the DCC-equipped On30 Bachmann Porter’s core mechanism and use it for a small Forney. The mechanism needs to be stripped down to its bones for this to all fit together. Dave Wingrove built the only Prototype that’s out in the wild.
