This set has been designed for the conversion of the Rye Field M1240A1 model into an M1245.

The set includes the following parts:
- 2 side narrow walls
- 2 side large walls
- 2 rear narrow walls
- 2 rear doors
- front and rear crossbars, rear antenna brackets, internal rear panels, rear pillars (joining side large walls with rear narrow walls)
- side panels between cabin and cargo bay
- rear door closing mechanism
- spare tire carrier
