One of thirteen 28’-2” long stock cars with odd numbers 675 – 699 built in 1887 by Carter Brothers. Model based on drawings by Curt Johnson in the book “The Pacific Coast Railway – Central California’s Premier Narrow Gauge”.
Model includes 3D-printed body and floor Modeler must supply Micro Trains Line 1023 or 1023-B couplers, Micro Trains Line 302000 arch-bar trucks, 00-90 x 1/4” screws (2), TT-scale Peacock brake wheel (available separately), .012” brass wire for steps and brake staff, and Berkshire Junction EZ Line (or generic “knitting-in elastic”) for truss rods. Can be used with 9mm (N-scale) wheelsets for TTn42 or 7.67mm wheelsets for TTn3. Recommend replacing MTL wheelsets with Fox Valley (Scale Trains) or Intermountain metal wheelsets.
