An On30 interpretation of a standard gauge streamlined observation car with corrugated sides. It is almost a direct replacement body shell for the Bachmann On30 parlor car. It only requires removing the original shell, end rails, stove and bathroom walls, then cutting off the rear set of steps and trimming the chassis to fit the curved end. There is also a chassis specifically designed available for this shell if you don't want to cut a chassis up (PN SJP-P36SO). It is a tight fit and may require some sanding and wiggling to fit. Attach the new body with 4 screws into the new body thru the rectangular openings in chassis that the original body clipped into. I used M2 self-tapping screws, but anything similar will work.

Designed to go with the San Juan Pacific Mini-Daylight loco (SJP-St44), streamlined combine (SJP-P36SCc) and streamlined coach (SJP-P36Sc). Also available is bespoke chassis (SJP-Cs36s) if you don't want to modify a Bachmann passenger car chassis.

NOTE: Like all SJP models, the fit between all the parts is tight. It is easier to sand something to fit, that to try to add material to make up for a loose fit.
