This is a pilot for the Bachmann On30 4-6-0 that uses an On3 height front coupler.

It is designed to go with the SJP SPNG #18 kit (SJP-St18). The pilot is available to work with either a Kadee #803 or a Kadee #148 (the Kadee #148 is a closer match the “3/4 Janey” style couplers SPNG used).
This pilot requires cutting off the original pilot, narrowing the pilot deck and drilling a hole for the mounting screw. It uses an M1.6x4 screw and nut to mount to the chassis. The pilot can be used as a guide for where to cut and drill the pilot deck
