It is designed to use the trucks and electronics from a donor Bachmann On30 4-6-0. There is an option for a frame that uses On3 style trucks, but you would have to come up with power pickups.It includes the frame, shell and walkway with handrails. The frame has provisions for two 1/16" tungsten rods to stiffen and add weight to the frame.
